saaled structureHow does SAALED work?

The affairs of SAALED are governed by a National Board elected by its members.  It is financed by subscriptions from members, donations and fund-raising initiatives.
The money is used to fund the running of the Association, annual conferences, publications and bursaries.

The organization is managed by a national secretariat and through the local branch committees in areas where the membership is active.  Individual members are spread across South Africa and beyond its borders.

All memberships are registered through the National Office but members will be part of their closest branch of SAALED.
